Our company was founded in the early 1970s in Quinto di Treviso, in a charming geographical area that stretches along the river Sile.
For 45 years, we have been motivated and committed to our growth, investing in quality production and freshwater fish farming, mainly trout and sturgeon.
We supply fresh fish in various sizes that is processed at our CEIT 1390 approved slaughterhouse.

1 Hatching

Eggs are hatched in well water at the ideal constant temperature of 13°C, with chemical and physical characteristics close to optimum.

2 Weaning

Larvae are weaned using feed comprising excellent substitutes for small crustaceans and fish.


3 Fattening

Fish are fattened in tanks, with the chemical and physical monitoring of water to protect against predators such as ichthyophagous birds.

Technological tools are used to reduce stress when selecting and handling fish.

5 Research & Development

We implement research and improvements in our method of assessing environmental sustainability by studying publications by Italian and foreign universities.

6 Guarantee and Quality

Analysis, external controls, full traceability and the application of HACCP principles to guarantee, with safety and compliance, the highest standards for our products. Freshwater fish has excellent nutritional qualities and is low in calories.
